I have a MD drivers license with a alcohol restriction on it and I moved to VA how do I get VA License? - md drivers license templete
MD Custom remove the restriction for 8 years. I bought a house in VA and live here. It is assumed that VA obtain a license within 30 days, but VA used to me with restrictions.

Apply for a DMV / MVA county you are applying. There is an 8-year-MD restricting alcohol, Va., May need to take this license in Virginia. Ask to see a supervisor and explain that you live in Virginia and the car is parked in Virginia.
Get a mailbox in MD, or use a friend or family member MD direction for the next 8 years.
