Whats The Difference Between Sata Data And Sata Power Cables Question About MOBO Specs PLEASE!!?

Question about MOBO specs PLEASE!!? - whats the difference between sata data and sata power cables

I'm going to configure RAID 0 on my new motherboard, then copy everything into a higher resolution manaully. What do these specifications

On-Board SATA

4 SATA II (1 ~ 4) ports by AMD ® SB600
2 SATA II (5 ~ 6) ports by Promise ® T3, support SAS ready devices, only for storage devices
2 eSATA ports by Promise ® T3, for memory devices,
Supports storage and data transfer up to 300 Mb / s
RAID Function

SATA II 1 ~ 4 supports RAID 0, 1 and 0 +1 mode by AMD ® SB600
SATA II 5 ~ 6 a.m.-2 p.m. eSATA ports support RAID 0, 1 and 0 +1 mode by Promise ® T3

What is the promise of T3, and the difference between eSATA compared to SATA ports? This would use the SATA ports to my connection with two SATA II hard drives 7200 to zero target?

I go with RAID 0 platforms games. When you view the pictures of your advice seems to 2 units of 2 red internal SATA ports RAID 0 run, but come to the board, see the manual online or download the website tables Guide can confirm.
As for external eSATA, the "external" SATA if you can connect external devices such as SATA hard drives SATA. Some think that the "E" improve for eSATA to SATA to eSATA and that is a super, but it is not the case. As SATA on the motherboard, except it has an external access to it. If you look at the photo are on the back of the "blue card" look 2 eSATA SATA ports. The T3 is a Promise SATA RAID controller, but it is a little nicer than the standard SATA, SATA-attached SCSI can use. Here is an overview of your board:

Raid ran out of the SB600 Southbridge and the use of T3 for external hard drives, optical drives, SATA, etc., but the manual should give the instruction, what to put where.
