CB does not need a license to operate at low power consumption (4W max) in the range of 27 MHz and is the main line of the site, except when weather conditions permit, the long-distance communication.

Ham worked in various bands and reach around the world as the operator can transfer to different levels of high-performance operation. It also requires the government issued license.
